Teaching and expository preaching of the SCRIPTURE

The Word of God is our perfect standard for life and eternity; therefore we will preach and
teach it faithfully, relevantly, and practically in our corporate worship services and gatherings
(2 Timothy 3:16-17).

Helping meet the natural needs of the economically deprived through MISSIONS

God has commanded the church to be His hands in dealing with the less fortunate. Our goal is to show our love of God by meeting the needs of our brothers through feeding the hungry & clothing the naked locally, nationally and globally (1 John 3:17-18).

Expanding EVANGELISM efforts to the unbelieving, the un-churched, and the unconnected

God is passionately concerned about lost people; therefore we will strive to develop creative
and God-honoring ways of presenting to as many people as possible a clear and understandable explanation of the gospel of Jesus Christ, both in our local community and around the world (1 Corinthians 9:22-23).

Leading authentic WORSHIP of the only true and living God

God desires people to worship Him in spirit and in truth; therefore we will design our public
worship services to provide opportunities to vitally and honestly encounter the living God intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. Because we also recognize that worship encompasses our entire lives and not just corporate worship services, we will strive to live in a way that actively praises the Lord in our day-to-day affairs (John 4:24, Romans 12:1-2).

Inclusiveness of people from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds through FELLOWSHIP

God displayed wonderful creativity in the diversity of His creation, with human diversity being
the prime example; therefore we will welcome and respect individuals of various ethnic backgrounds as fellow image-bearers of the living God. We will seek to highlight our unity in Christ while celebrating our cultural differences with intentional fellowship opportunities (Acts 13:1-2; 17:26; Galatians 3:28).

Nurturing the next generation of leaders for CHURCH PLANTING

The current generation of church leaders bears the God-given responsibility of training the next generation of leaders; therefore we will seek to identify and train those God has called to serve as vocational and/or lay leaders in His church, and particularly those whom God has equipped to serve in the ministry of planting new churches (1 Timothy 4:12-16).

Keeping the focus of DISCIPLESHIP

God left the church with the great commission of making disciples. Our programs will be strategically crafted so new converts have the opportunity to go from being babes in Christ to mature discipled believers. We believe that discipleship is a process of learning how to walk like Christ and being held accountable by other believers. (Matthew 28:18-20)
